LIFE’S CHAPTERS: HOW IT AFFECTS HEALTH

Chapters, life is full of chapters, each chapter represents moments in your life. I myself have lived many chapters, I have had many opportunities to live and grow into the person I am today. Those moments have changed my perspective of life and people, and have made me see things in a different way. There is a saying I am sure you have heard somewhere: I was once blind and now I see.

Along my travels I have met many people, had many experiences to share, and the relationships I have created are a must to relive. I am often asked if I share my stories, and I am reluctant to say I have or do. Until today, I never really thought I had much to share about myself, until I have been asked on more than one occasion, to tell my various stories. Stories not about my work, or the industries I have been in, but about my experiences. In this blog I will share events, and the occasional knowledge of one of the few industries I have worked in along with tips and tricks I have learned over the journey to do the things my family and I have been able to do.

A little you will learn with me is eating and traveling for someone with Celiac and about someone who lives with a rare and chronic blood condition called Essential Thrombocytosis (I am Jak2 Positive). I am a mother of two, we have a son Hendrix age 5 and a daughter Lyra age 2. My husband and I met at the Chateau Lake Louise, we are the server meets cook love story. In due time I will tell the story how we met and how I thought Karl was the janitor. We were married by a Shaman, and the kids were blessed into this world via a Shaman rock and crystal ceremony. Gaia is what we follow and celebrate.

I have been in the hair industry for the majority of my life, I have a background in Marketing, and I am now a jewelry designer by trade. Many of the skills I have obtained were skills passed down to me by my parents, my grandparents, and my aunts or uncles (I have to admit I have some REALLY cool people in my family). I also have a strong thirst for knowledge and I am constantly enrolling in workshops, reading books or watching how to videos on YouTube. FYI I am a force to be reckoned with when it come to trivial games or activities.

Life’s Chapters

I think when you have experiences like I have had, you start to see the lessons in life, the wins, and recognize the loses as learning opportunities. I also am a crystal enthusiast and use crystals in my day to day life. I do plan to keep that separate from this blog, but from time to time will point you in the right direction to learn more. That goes the same for any hair knowledge I have to share or marketing/small business guidance. To learn more about crystals you can check out my crystal blog at Sentiemtnalgems.com.

Everything starts with an idea, and if there is a problem there is always a solution. I love to solve things. I barter my way through life, and I try to eat as clean as I can, but there is a FINE balance. Especially when you and your hubby are foodies or you have a weakness for deep fried food. We do live on the road 80% of the year, and we both run our own businesses of which any business we have had was started with nothing; no loans, no funding, or no investors. I am a firm believer in manifestation, and will spend money where I see fit, but try to live on a budget. We value time over money, money is replaceable and time is not, and we spend our time like money.

Thank you for visiting me, and I look forward to sharing with you the stories, tips/tricks, and events in the varied chapters of my life.

We are all one.

Love one another.
